Most people don’t understand the meaning of Fitness Professional. A professional can only educate, guide, coach and train any individual and clear their myths and doubt with the help of scientific approach and education. I am 35 years old Ace Certified Fitness Professional from Delhi. I always have been an active child and good in my academics too as well. I start participating in different sports and games from early childhood, even when I was 10 years old I start actively participating in soccer, cricket, volleyball, kho-kho etc.
After finishing my Post graduation MBA (International Business) from Maharishi Dayanand University (MDU), I started my career with Jet Airways on Nov 2003 as a Customer Care Executive. I been with them for almost 2 years did many services and grooming Training with them, Afterword I joined Go Air as an Assistant Dispatcher Officer. Around my college time I started training in the gym and start liking weight training, eating right nutrition at the right time. During my service with airlines, I start doing modeling and clicked 1 folio from one of the renowned photographers in town. After my folio shoot, I start getting work for modeling.
In Feb 2008 Fitness First came into India and I applied there as a Trainer with the reference of one of my friends. I never knew that it could be a carrier but I start liking Fitness industry very much. During my tenure of 6 years with them, I did a number of training and workshops, improved, groomed myself for becoming a better fitness professional. My list of certificates is ACE certificate Personal Trainer, Certified TRX Suspension Training, Certified Power plate, Certified BOSU Ball personal Trainer, Certified Foundation Nutritionist from Fitness First and many workshops on Dumbbell, tubing, Kettlebell, Viper. During these 6 years, I helped a number of people in terms of achieving their individual fitness goal. My specialty is weight Loss, Muscle gain, Administration lower back pain, Training special population includes Diabetics, lower back pain, hypothyroid/hyperthyroid, low/high Blood pressure, and functional training with the use of minimum equipment like TRX suspension training, BOSU, kettlebell, medicine ball etc.
